Roles and Responsibilities

As a technician at Washburn, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting detailed diagnostic assessments to identify issues with POS equipment.
  • Performing timely repairs and upgrades to ensure optimal functioning of the equipment.
  • Setting up and installing new POS systems for various retail clients.
  • Providing ongoing maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure reliability.
  • Offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
